
MICRA partner Keele University are offering an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic individual to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Directorate of Research Innovation and Enterprise.
This is an opportunity for an experienced innovation-focused business leader to contribute to a unique programme aimed at helping owner-managers and SME leadership teams grow their businesses. Working with cohorts of 18 – 20 SMEs and entrepreneurs over a six-month period, your role will be to support individual participants in developing and realising their plans for innovation and growth, facilitating action learning sets alongside academic and experienced business contributors. You will use your networks and influence to support the development of a wider regional innovation eco-system, building on the success of Keele University’s well established Science and Innovation Park.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have previous experience of successfully developing innovation-led businesses and senior teams.
The Keele Smart Innovation Hub (SIH) Project (Ref number : 32R17P01691), and the Entrepreneurs in Residence posts, are part-funded through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the England 2014 to 2020 European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme.
This is a fixed term position (0.4fte, fixed term until 31 December 2021 possible extension to mid 2023)
