This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data engineer with a focus around Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will be a member of a very collaborative and supportive team, working with top Data Architects and Scientists on how to build and deliver AI solutions. You will be a key member of our team working with clients and helping develop our AI platform which powers our products.
Specifically the role will include improving and maintaining our data architecture. This could include ETL tasks and client system integration. Improving the automation of our cloud infrastructure and setting up Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) processes. It will also include building scalable event-based architectures for our larger projects.
Skills & Qualifications
The applicant should have at least 3 years’ work experience and knowledge of:
- Cloud Computing services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Apache Spark
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of:
Event-based/Streaming data platform (e.g. Apache Kafka)
Data warehouses / lakes
A task scheduler (e.g. Apache Airflow)
£50,000 per year + annual bonus and share option scheme
