EarthSense was formed with the sole aim of enabling the world to understand and solve its air quality issues. We intend to help by providing the most detailed global air quality information, showing real-time exposure and actionable future forecasting that enables decisions and mitigation, for the betterment of human health.
Air quality is a fast-growing area of operation and EarthSense has helped the likes of BBC and ITV promote the dangers of breathing poor air, along with all of our blue-chip, global clients who are taking positive steps to reduce air pollution.
Providing a number of data, software and hardware services, our dynamic team has unparalleled air quality expertise in sensor design, pollution modelling and analysis and we use this to provide advice and support to government and industry globally.
As an outcome of our fast growth, we are looking to recruit a number of highly capable and ambitious individuals, who will enable the next stage of our business evolution, establishing key positions in our exciting company.
As such; we are looking for a experienced individual with a strong background in SaaS based products, who is able to work closely both with the commercial team, to support the development of new client products and services and also work closely with the technical team to help manage and discharge the companies ambitious product road-maps.
Assist in the development and the implementation of the overall product strategy, working with the senior leadership team as required;
Responsible for the overall ownership and success of core products, ensuring market needs are assessed and prioritised accordingly, whilst taking account of internal business needs and associated system and process development life-cycles
Production and coordination of techo-commercial business level analysis of new markets, new products and new product features, including identification of costs, revenue projections and ROI;
Responsible for the identification and development of new strategic partners who see synergies with existing and new product developments;
Production of Go-To-Market plans and commercialisation strategies, including coordination of associated sales and marketing literature with Commercial and marketing teams, informing sales and marketing strategies;
Support the commercial team in scoping new and existing product developments with a view to including these in relevant product road-map updates;
Responsible for the overall ownership and development of internal product development processes, ensuring robust staged reviews are undertaken from initial business needs assessment through to product engineering, beta testing and delivery;
Attending client meetings, as required;
Responsible for ensuring the working interfaces between the commercial team and Product Engineering Team are streamlined and reviewed at appropriate intervals and modified accordingly;
Liaise with the Product Engineering Team to implement best practice internal review procedures for new product releases and version releases
Lead feedback sessions externally and internally to identify issues and identify opportunities for continual business improvement
Work closely with the internal Product Engineering team to ensure a seamless customer experience is at the forefront of new product and version releases

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Sought:
Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in similar product management role, ideally in a B2B/Saas/DaaS environment
Experience in undertaking techno-commercial assessments and developing business cases for new product developments
Experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies and taking products to market
Experience in Agile management approaches
Experience overseeing and owning technology roadmaps
Be highly analytical and data-driven
Be comfortable working with technical, SaaS / Software products
Be very proactive, ambitious and hardworking
Be diplomatic, listen and learn from others but also able to influence key stakeholders
Have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience in the environmental monitoring, air quality sector advantageous
